wonderful stay with really good service

the staff was friendly and always helpful , especially duc and phúc ,who offered advice on local food and tourist attractions. the hotel helped a lot with luggage and airport transport. i found the breakfast buffet free. i really enjoyed the rooftop bar and its city views.
i found the quality of the towels a bit poor , they were thin and worn.

the hotel provided many free extras, like daily afternoon tea with tasty cakes and savory treats! the room was spacious and lovely, i must say! duyen and sofia ensured my room received excellent daily cleaning service. i had a six night stay and felt pampered!
I found the walls a bit thin. I could hear the neighbor when they used the bathroom!

The rooftop pool has a bar where they barbeque in the evenings. I think that's really neat. the breakfast buffet features varied foods, with many different cultures represented, perfect.

the breakfast was divine with so many choices. the staff were so friendly i seemed like royalty. my room it was always super clean and tidy i never worried.
the walls are thin. i could hear everything from hallway it bothered me. the pool closed early a day as it was needed for event. the towels felt a little old and thin .

The rooftop pool was decent, providing some relief from the heat (I think there were some trees, or maybe they were plastic).
The breakfast was definitely underwhelming. There was not enough variety. the room felt a bit dated. The bathroom showed its age. The drain was slow, and there were some signs of wear, not exactly a disaster but definitely noticeable.

the location was central. ben thanh market was a short walk. i liked the rooftop pool and bar, especially at night when the city shone. kabi and viktor at the door were friendly! they helped with doors and bags.
the towels were not soft. some seemed old.
